Manual Demining

We have established clear procedures for manual demining of territories that may contain anti-personnel mines, anti-tank mines, improvised explosive devices, and trip-wire–activated munitions.

Manual demining operations may be carried out only by Level 2 demining teams equipped with metal detectors, individual deminer kits, and all necessary tools.

The core components of manual demining include:

  • maintaining personnel and equipment in constant readiness for demining operations;

  • searching for, identifying, and neutralizing mines, trip wires, and other explosive remnants of war using metal detectors and specialized tools, and transferring them to authorized bodies for further destruction;

  • conducting internal quality control of completed manual demining activities;

  • ensuring safe conditions for the use of the territory after clearance;

  • implementing occupational safety and medical support measures;

  • maintaining records and reporting on the results of manual demining operations;

  • carrying out external quality control performed by authorized bodies;

  • transferring the cleared land to the final beneficiaries;

  • manual demining operations may be conducted independently or in combination with other demining methods.

For every demining project, we develop detailed plans and strategies to ensure the highest levels of safety and operational efficiency.

Our deminers are equipped with high-quality gear and possess the necessary skills to perform manual demining.
