Ukrainian Demining Agency LLC has signed a contract with the Kramatorsk Heavy Machine Tool Plant for the supply of GERMINA machines

Ukrainian Demining Agency LLC continues to increase its technical capabilities to accelerate and increase the efficiency of humanitarian demining in Ukraine. The company signed a contract with the Kramatorsk Heavy Machine Tool Plant for the supply of five GERMINA engineering machines - modern Ukrainian equipment for mechanized clearance of territories from explosive objects.

These machines, which belong to the class of mechanical demining systems (Mechanical Demining Machines — MDM), are manufactured in Ukraine and are designed to crush, mix and safely destroy explosive objects in the soil. GERMINA is capable of operating on various types of surfaces, providing deep and stable mechanical demining, significantly reducing risks for sappers.

Within the framework of the signed contract, three machines will be transferred to the Ukrainian Demining Agency LLC by the end of this year, which will allow us to quickly strengthen the technical fleet and increase the area of daily land clearance in the liberated regions.

Andriy Khrystenko, General Director of the Ukrainian Demining Agency LLC, emphasized the strategic importance of this event:
